This Privacy Policy explains how The Biz Foundry (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Startup: Business Bootcamp online workbook and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect

2. How we use your information
- To provide the Service—create and manage your account, deliver lessons and videos, and save your answers and progress;
- To process subscriptions, billing, and renewals through our payment processor;
- To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests;
- To monitor, maintain, secure, and improve the Service;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to operate the Service:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition). Our service providers are authorized to use your information only to provide services to us.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The Service uses cookies and similar technologies (including authentication tokens) that are necessary to keep you signed in and to operate core features. We do not use the Service to serve third-party advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may prevent the Service from working properly.
5. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After you close your account, we may retain certain information as required for legal, accounting, or legitimate business purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards—and rely on established providers such as Stripe, Supabase, and Cloudflare—to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
- Access and correction. You can view and update your account information within the Service.
- Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time; see our Terms & Conditions.
- Deletion. You may request that we delete your account and associated data by contacting us.
- Communications. You can opt out of non-essential emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. To exercise any of these rights, use the Contact Support tool available from the Account page.
8. Children’s privacy
The Service is intended for adults (18 and older) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, use the Contact Support tool available from the Account page and we will delete it.
9. Third-party links
The Service may link to third-party websites and tools that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
